Please note that Travel Gingie’s Way Inc
(TGW) and Voyages in Provence (V.I.P), which is a subsidiary of TGW,
acts only as agents for tour members in all functions pertaining to hotel
reservations, sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature. By your
acceptance of the planned tour, TGW/V.I.P its affiliates and agents
cannot be held liable for loss. Damage, injury or inconvenience caused by or
resulting from occurrences, negligence or otherwise due to the malfunction of
transportation equipment, strikes, war, earthquakes, fire, delays, thefts or any
other unforeseen acts of nature. All efforts will be made by TGW/V.I.P for the successful and smooth
running of the entire program.
Fare notice:
Rates will be subject to currency
exchange and availability. TGW/V.I.P retains the right to alter
price structure accordingly. Notice of fare changes will be given THE LATEST SIX (6) weeks in advance of departure
dates. The latest tariff at the time of departure is applicable.
Airport and departure taxes
TGW/V.I.P will inform you approx
6 weeks prior to
departure what these taxes will be. Immediate payment to cover these charges is
required in order to issue the airline tickets.
Payments:
DEPOSIT
$400.00 PER PERSON ( TGW TOURS) AND 30% OF THE ADVERTISED PRICE FOR VOYAGES IN
PROVENCE and are NON-REFUNDABLE at all times. Please check
our cancellation insurance offer. The dollar price of the program will be
fixed on the day of receipt of the non refundable deposit irrelevant of currency
fluctuation thereafter.
No refund of total amount paid if tour is
cancelled less than two (2) months (8 weeks) prior to
departure.
Each check MUST indicate the name of the individual
and the group AND/ OR TOUR CODE and destination with
which the participant travels. If this information is not provided on the check,
the payment will be returned and there will be an administrative charge of
$50.00 per check.
FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE EIGHT WEEKS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
CLIENTS are AT ALL TIMES responsible for timely/correct
payment.

TGW at due date as reflected in the payment schedule
Payment by paypal:
TGW/V.I.P will send you an invoice upon
completion of the registration form.
Returned Checks:
There will be a $50.00 charge for all
returned checks
Late Payments
There will be a charge for late payment
of $75.00 per person.
Deviations:
We may be able to offer deviations
for flights at a charge. This is subject to routing and time of travel. For all
deviations there is an administration charge per person as well as the
difference in the change of fares charged by the airline.
In order to issue airline tickets,
we need to have the passport names of each individual traveller upon registration. Only tickets
which match passport names are honoured by all airlines upon departure. Any
changes made to issued airline tickets will be charged s per the requirements of
the airline.
Note: if a ticket has
to be re-issued of a wrong passport name, there will be an additional charge
imposed by the airline
Add-on:
Any add-on (participant added late
in the program) will need to be aware that TGW/V.I.P will incorporate a $100.00
administration fee to cover late booking costs.
Change of itinerary
Inclusive
For each independent
TGW/V.I.P travel
program, there will be a separate section at the end of the ach itinerary
stating what is to be included and what is not included.
Travel Insurance
We strongly advise
you to take out passenger travel protection through us, with an insurance
company of your choice or with a company of our recommendation. YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE INSURANCE REGISTRATION FORM FROM

Terrorism or state of
war
Deposits are non
refundable. If a
group is forced to cancel due to an act of terrorism or act of war and the US
State department issues a warning not to travel to the particular destination of
your choice, then TGW will do its utmost
to retrieve any funds paid to suppliers in question. Any returned payments to
TGW/V.I.P will then be
refunded to the participants.
